The FRAZZLE 3-Part Life-Work Balance Series is designed to help professionals to achieve a better Life-Work Balance by creating self-care habits, building plans around the mental load and implementing systems to manage home and family life.

Using the How to Run Your Home Like a Business framework, this series provides actionable tools to reduce stress, improve time management, and create a structured approach to balancing work and home responsibilities.

Each session focuses on one of three key pillars:

  • Session 1-Mindset: Learn to give yourself permission to prioritise self-care without guilt to manage stress and improve performance at home and at work.
  • Session 2-Plans: Gain visibility on your mental load to create delegation strategies.
  • Session 3-Systems: Implement practical frameworks to manage cooking, cleaning, and family events.

Led by Aoife Hughes, corporate speaker, trainer, and founder of FRAZZLE, this series will provide you tangible strategies you can apply immediately.

Session 1 – Mindset

  • Prioritise your self-care to manage your physical, emotional and social health.
  • Identify macro habits to break and micro-habits to build to manage stress.
  • Manage your time and calendar with the ‘Time Boxing’ methodology.

Session 2 – Plans

  • Gain visibility on the mental load and learn how to delegate effectively.
  • Identify your values to create a decision making framework.
  • Develop goal-setting techniques that align with your values to create a vision board.

Session 3 – Systems

  • Leverage tools to create practical systems to organise your home and family life.
  • Find out how to create more space in your home with de-cluttering techniques.
  • Learn how to streamline cooking, cleaning, and family event planning.

Aoife Hughes is a Life-Work Balance corporate speaker, trainer, coach and is the founder of FRAZZLE. As a working mother with two young children and 12 years of corporate experience, she understands the challenges of balancing career and home life.

She specialises in helping professionals to create a structured and sustainable approach to life and work through mindset, plans and systems.

Aoife works with companies and individuals to deliver practical, actionable solutions that enhance well-being and improve productivity. The topline goal is to increase performance by being focused while at work and present at home
