With 15 years of experience working with ‘’Gen Z’’ he understands the motivation and engagement needs of our early stage career employees better than anyone. His business Resilience At Work provides expert corporate training, leadership coaching, early-career development programs, building psychological safety workshops for teams – helping organisations to support and retain young talent while fostering collaborative, engaged and high-performing resilient teams.
