About the Trainer
Aimee is an accomplished senior trainer and HR professional with extensive experience across diverse industries. Most recently, Aimee led the HR team at Savills Ireland, where she served as a trusted coach and advisor to the Executive Leadership team. Her expertise spans organisational planning, employee engagement, performance management, and employment law, including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, and TUPE.
Aimee also spearheaded initiatives in compensation and benefits, onboarding, and learning and development. Prior to her time at Savills, Aimee established the HR function for Jobbio, a dynamic technology start-up operating in Dublin, London, and New York. She began her HR career at Davy, where she gained invaluable generalist experience, managing systems and engagement projects.
Aimee holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) from University College Cork (2009), a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Limerick (2014), and a Higher Diploma in Leadership and Management from University College Cork (2021). She is also a certified Executive and Life Coach and completed her Certificate in Training and Development (Train the Trainer) in 2023. With her diverse background and passion for developing people, Aimee is dedicated to helping individuals and organisations achieve their full potential.
