About the Trainer

Sprintmodo is a talent development company that Tom O’Brien founded in 2019, to give people managers proven work practices to bring out the best in their teams. With Sprintmodo, Tom has researched the 20 Momentum Needs of high performing teams, developed the Manager Sidekick Platform to help managers do their best work, and has run Manager Development Programmes in various industries, in Ireland and across EMEA, including in Johnson & Johnson, Imperial College London and AbbVie.

Before Sprintmodo, Tom worked in international Product Management (Marketing Lead EMEA >€1B drug at J&J, with over 30 Product Managers across the region), Business Development (J&J and a start-up, Solvotrin), Sales & Training (Servier) and Quality Assurance (Pfizer). He has an MBA from London Business School, with International Exchange in Wharton.​
